This ‘game’ has nothing to do with Idling genre, instead, we have basic tamagotchi. In case you wasn’t born in era of these toys, it’s basically a kid’s game which plays itself. From time to time you have to come in and feed / pet / clean your creature and sometimes reduce it’s boredom by unleashing boredoom mini-games on yourself xD. This is it, that’s all there was back in the day and thats all you get here from Pet Idle. Pretty much no gameplay here, no hunt for numbers, everything is very slow. Annoying adds will bother you often and to buy anything you have to do, well, exactly nothing for hours. Even p2w cashgrab farms on Android have more to offer. On top of coin grind system there is limited energy, donator gems and horrible translation. The sounds cat makes isn’t resembling cat at all, it feels like an adult attempts to make cat sounds into microphone. Cringe.Originally I wrote a poor review for this game, because I was encountering bugs that were not being addressed. The developer has since reached out, and just before that, the bugs seemed to stop. When you first play, the game isn’t truly an idle game. You do have to play it. The more you get into, the more idle it becomes. I’d say I’m mid game., and at this point, I would recommend it. You don’t have to put real money into it if you don’t want to. It’s cute and free, so you have nothing to lose. I go over every aspect of the game in this video:
